How to Become a Client

Virtual Appointments- You will receive a link for your scheduled appointment time via the email you provide during the booking process along with appointment reminders.

At this time I only offer Telehealth appointments for clients located in California.

The First Appointment

So if you’ve made your first counseling session already, you should know just how much strength you truly have.

And if you haven’t quite yet, there’s nothing to fear in doing so — and everything to gain.

You can get started by scheduling a 20 min. free consultation directly on my website or by calling/texting me. The next step will be scheduling an Intake appointment. When scheduling online, you will be provided information regarding basic terms & conditions, including the cancellation policy. I also require each participant to complete the intake questionnaire which is conveniently fillable online. Scheduling your first therapy session requires resolve — to admit you may need some help or that you have a condition, symptoms, or challenges to work through — and self-awareness to recognize you need a little help.

Appointment Options

In your Initial Intake session, we focus on understanding your unique needs. This comprehensive conversation provides valuable insights into your situation. I will be asking a lot of questions to better understand your current needs. We will also discuss your goals and expectations for our work together. By the session’s end, we discuss your personalized plan based off your goals and expectations. This will also be a time where you are able to answer any questions you may have that were not addressed during your consultation.
